A graduate of the B.F.A. Acting program at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the Theatre Department at The Chicago Academy for the Arts high school, Grania prides herself on her commitment and enthusiasm to her work as a theatre-maker. She finds particular enjoyment combining her passions of art and activism, working on pieces that address the inequities and injustices of our society, and wrestling with flawed female characters. As an artist, she strives to better understand what it means to be human, celebrate both the mundane and the extraordinary, and embrace messy.​
